What You’ll Do
Start and manage IVs safely and efficiently
Administer medications accurately
Monitor vital signs and patient responses
Educate patients on treatments and self-care procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care plans
Document patient care using EPIC EMR
Float to lower acuity units if necessary, maintaining flexibility and teamwork
Follow hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care
What You Need
Active Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting
BCLS and IV certification required
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Travel experience a plus
