What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3
Monitor telemetry and start IVs proficiently
Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
Respond to on-call duties and assist during nights and weekends, including rotating holidays
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
ACLS and BLS certifications
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, IV start, and Epic EMR system
Willingness to work rotating or straight night shifts and be on-call
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience
