Patient Diagnoses: Acute leukemia and hematology conditions
Staffing Ratios: Typically 1:4, can be 1:5
Schedule: Self-scheduling preferred, with weekly rotations
Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable
24/7 dedicated team support
What You’ll Do
Provide specialized care for patients with acute leukemia and hematology conditions
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, including dysrhythmias
Manage IV therapy, blood product administration, and central line care
Perform blood draws, feeding tube management, and IV starts
Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams for urgent patient needs
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient fall prevention strategies
Document accurately in EPIC electronic charting system
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
2+ years of relevant nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Knowledge of Telemetry, MS/Tele, and Dysrhythmia interpretation
Strong skills in IV therapy, blood draws, line management, and patient safety protocols
