What You’ll Do
Start and manage IV lines for patients
Administer medications safely and accurately
Monitor vital signs and patient responses regularly
Educate patients on treatments and self-care procedures
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient care and interventions in EPIC EMR system
Float to lower acuity units as needed, maintaining flexibility and teamwork
Follow hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care
What You Need
Required:
Active Ohio RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
BCLS certification
IV certification
Preferred:
EPIC EMR experience
Travel or float experience
Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
