Experience: 2+ years high acuity or oncology nursing preferred, flexibility considered

Pay Rate: $59.18 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient care in an oncology and progressive care setting with high acuity
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs using B450 GE telemetry system
Manage complex procedures such as IV insertions, port access, medication administration, and blood products
Support pediatric patients when needed, with some exposure to pediatric oncology (not mandatory)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient safety and quality care
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and safety standards
What You Need: Required:
Valid nursing license for Ohio or eligible to practice
Minimum 2 years of high acuity or oncology nursing experience
BCLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity
Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, port access, patient monitoring
Preferred:
Experience with chemotherapy administration and management
Skills in wound care, arterial line management, chest tube management
Experience with invasive and non-invasive airway management

The unit handles solid tumors, orthopedic, and thoracic oncology patients, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.
