What You’ll Do
Monitor telemetry patients and ensure timely response to alarms
Administer IVs, medications, and labs as ordered
Provide patient education and comfort care
Document nursing activities accurately in EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care plans
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Respond effectively to patient emergencies and changes in condition
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience in a hospital setting
Proficiency in IV starts, medication administration, labs, and monitoring patients
Telemetry monitoring experience is required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
