Join Our Healthcare Team as a PCU Registered Nurse

What You Will Bring:
At least 2 years of recent step-down or PCU nursing experience
Proficiency in caring for adult and geriatric patients with intricate oncologic diagnoses
Strong knowledge of surgical oncology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, and reconstructive breast cancer patient care
Ability to perform and understand complex procedures such as chemotherapy administration, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and oncologic emergencies
Exceptional clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Nice to Have Skills:
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification
Experience with EPIC computerized charting system
Flexibility in rotating between day and night shifts
Experience with cytokine release syndrome, insulin drips, and heparin drips
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in acute care, oncology, or surgical units
Strong commitment to infection control and fall prevention protocols
Other Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 in a 12-hour shift format
Willingness to participate in on-unit orientation and self-scheduling
Ability to comply with all facility policies and procedures
