Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are looking for passionate professionals to join our team as PCU Registered Nurses, providing top-tier patient care across various units within the OSU organization. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience
Current BLS, IV certification, and ACLS certifications
Proficiency in IV starts, labs, medication administration, and patient education
Experience with surgical and Burn units preferred
Epic EMR experience is required
Ability to float between units as needed
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Willingness to work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel nurse experience
Flexibility for additional shifts and weekend coverage
Additional certifications or specialized training in critical care or trauma
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state(s)
At least 2 years of recent PCU or critical care nursing experience
Prior experience working with Epic EMR system
Other Requirements:
Must be comfortable floating across different units
Ability to work every other weekend, with flexibility for more based on unit needs
Willingness to travel when applicable
Eligible for licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements
This opportunity offers an hourly rate of $59.18, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable laws.
