Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse ready to elevate your career? We’re seeking a skilled PCU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced hospital environment. What You Will Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Float within units of equal or lower acuity as needed to meet patient care demands.
Manage patient assignments with a typical ratio of 1:3 during 12-hour night shifts.
Ensure compliance with all safety, clinical, and hospital protocols.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PCU or similar acuity settings.
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
Proficiency in IV starts and telehealth monitoring.
Epic electronic health record (EHR) experience.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel nursing experience.
Additional certifications such as CCRN or PALS.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN).
Proven track record working in acute care settings.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekdays, rotating holidays, and some weekends.
Ability to float within different units based on acuity levels.
Must hold a valid nursing license and be compliant with all licensure and certification requirements.
Willingness to work the night shift from 19:00 to 07:30.
Hourly pay rate of $59.18.
