What We’re Looking For:
Valid RN license with ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience.
Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system.
Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
Ability to float between units and work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain patient safety and comfort in a high-volume setting.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with patient ratios of 1:3-4.
Flexibility with rotating holidays and shifts.
Knowledge of different hospital units within OSU.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
At least 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg nursing.
Prior travel or float experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts: 19:00 - 07:30).
Ability to float to various units as needed.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
Travel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and related expenses covered when applicable.
