Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical-surgical or similar units
License: Valid RN license in Ohio
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) setting
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Manage patient assessments, vitals, and medication administration
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care
Use EPIC electronic health records for documentation
Maintain patient safety and comfort during night shifts
Respond quickly to emergent situations with critical thinking
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
At least 2 years of recent relevant experience
BLS and ACLS certification
Proficiency in IV starts, telemonitoring, and EPIC system
Ability to adapt to float assignments and fast-paced environments
