Pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) setting
Float within Unit Stepdown and PCU areas, possibly to other facilities such as Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, or Dodd
Manage patient ratios of approximately 1:3-4
Start IVs and perform telemonitoring using EPIC electronic medical records
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license and current BLS & ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
Strong IV skills and telemonitoring experience (EPIC preferred)
Ability to float across different units and facilities as needed
