Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for recovery and patient comfort? We are seeking a highly skilled PACU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional post-anesthesia care at OSU Outpatient New Albany. This vital role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to patient recovery, working within a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU or perioperative nursing experience
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system is mandatory
Ability to effectively manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in a busy outpatient setting
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Registered Nurse with active licensure in good standing
Prior experience in a PACU or surgical recovery environment is preferred
Additional Requirements:
Availability for the scheduled shift from 07:30 to 16:00, Monday through Friday
Willingness to travel for training or certification updates when needed
Compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $55.90.
