Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in perioperative, PACU, or related settings
Experience with preoperative and postoperative patient care
Strong proficiency with Epic electronic health records
CPR/BLS certification is mandatory
ACLS certification is preferred
Previous charge nurse experience is advantageous
Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:1 efficiently
Knowledge of Level 1 trauma, outpatient care, and recovery protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in cardiac surgical units or vascular procedures
Familiarity with complex surgical interventions such as CABG, AAA repair, TAVR, EVAR, and angiograms
Previous experience with night shift rotations and on-call responsibilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse licensed in the applicable state
At least 2 years of recent PACU or critical care experience, preferably in a trauma or outpatient setting
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work night shifts from 5:00 pm to 5:30 am, including weekends on call
Willingness to work rotate shifts, including on-call duties
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
