Join Our Team as a PACU Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Patient Recovery!
Are you a dedicated registered nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity to impact patients' lives during their post-anesthesia recovery? We are looking for a highly skilled PACU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This vital role offers the chance to utilize your expertise in a critical care setting while advancing your nursing career.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Valid RN licensure in good standing
Current BLS, ACLS certifications
Experience with NIHSS assessment
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and vent management
Familiarity with Level 1 Trauma protocols
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous PACU or postoperative recovery experience
Experience working in trauma centers or high-acuity settings
Additional certifications such as TNCC or PALS
Fluency in multiple languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PACU or critical care environments
Other Requirements:
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Ability to work 8-hour night shifts (23:00 - 07:30) with a rotation of 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule
Compliance with all health and safety regulations
Willingness to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
