  • Shift: Clinic (8:00 am–5:00 pm), Surgical Center (8:30 am–4:00 pm), Night Call (5:00 pm–8:00 am), 24-hour Weekend Call (8:00 am–8:00 am)
  • Hours per week: 40 hours (plus OT after 9 hours/day)
  • Employment Type: Locum tenens
  • Licensure: Active Oregon medical license, DEA required
  • Certifications: BLS required
  • Experience: Pediatric Otolaryngology experience preferred
  • Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Compensation details discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric ENT care at a renowned facility
  • Work clinics on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; surgical center duties on Thursday
  • Handle on-call responsibilities via a phone app, including ED and established patient calls
  • Attend to NICU airway evaluations
  • Participate in a team-oriented environment supporting both pediatric and adult patients
  • Collaborate with Providence Newberg for call privileges and Providence St. Vincent for clinic work
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements

What You Need
  • Active Oregon medical license and DEA registration
  • Board certification in ENT (BE/BC)
  • BLS certification
  • Pediatric ENT experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Flexibility for scheduled weekly commitments and call duties
