What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of circulator experience in the operating room
Proficiency in ophthalmology (adult & pediatric), pediatric orthopedics, general pediatrics, and ENT procedures
Extensive EPIC electronic medical record system experience
Ability to adapt to emergency team assignments and respond effectively during critical situations
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Willingness to be on call as required
Nice to Have:
Experience working in high-acuity surgical units
Certification from theAmerican Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent
Prior experience with trauma or emergency procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
At least 3 years of OR circulator experience in a reputable healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
Availability for shift D12 (06:15 - 18:45), 3 days a week
Must be comfortable with emergency team assignments and rapid response situations
Valid nursing license in good standing
Must meet all facility-specific compliance and certification standards
