Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of circulating experience in the operating room.
Proficiency in ophthalmology (adult and pediatric), pediatric orthopedics, general pediatrics, and ENT surgeries.
Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Ability to handle on-call duties as needed.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced surgical environments.
Nice to Have Skills
Additional specialties experience such as cardiovascular or neurosurgery.
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR).
Previous travel nursing experience.
Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
At least 3 years of proven OR nursing experience in a fast-paced setting.
Prior experience working with EPIC EMR is essential.
Other Requirements
Valid RN license in applicable state(s).
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Must be comfortable with potential emergency assignments, including standby for unforeseen events, and report as directed by unit management.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $67.00, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and various reimbursements where applicable.
