Join Our Team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Critical Surgical Care
Are you a dedicated OR Nurse seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are looking for skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurses to provide exceptional perioperative care in a high-demand, cardiovascular specialty environment. Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of OR nursing experience, specifically in cardiovascular surgery.
Extensive experience with Robotics, General, Orthopedic, and other surgical specialties.
Proven proficiency in cardiovascular procedures.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Experience with emergency response teams during storm events.
Prior travel or contract nursing experience.
Proficiency in EHR and documentation systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed, with current and valid licensure.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not mandatory.
At least 3 years of perioperative nursing experience, preferably in cardiovascular specialty units.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in emergency storm response, including potential assignment to "Emergency Teams" during hurricane events.
Ability to report to assigned areas promptly during storm seasons (June 1 – Nov 30 annually).
Be prepared for shift work: Day shift (06:15 – 16:45), 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts.
Valid RN license, CPR certification, and other relevant credentials.
Travel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and other applicable expenses covered.
Must meet all health, safety, and qualifying requirements as specified.
