Experience: Minimum 3 years OR surgical experience; Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Complex General Surgery, Trauma, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Burns preferred; prior travel experience preferred

Pay Rate: $62.47/hour

Provide advanced perioperative nursing care for neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, and complex general surgeries, including bariatrics
Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred)
Support trauma and neuro cases, utilizing Level I trauma experience when applicable
Respond to emergencies and assist during call shifts as needed
Ensure all safety standards and infection control policies are followed
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum 3 years OR or surgical experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of neuro, spine, ortho, or complex general surgery procedures
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
