  • Experience: Minimum 3 years OR surgical experience; Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Complex General Surgery, Trauma, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Burns preferred; prior travel experience preferred

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced perioperative nursing care for neurosurgery, spine, orthopedics, and complex general surgeries, including bariatrics
  • Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred)
  • Support trauma and neuro cases, utilizing Level I trauma experience when applicable
  • Respond to emergencies and assist during call shifts as needed
  • Ensure all safety standards and infection control policies are followed


What You Need
  • Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Minimum 3 years OR or surgical experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of neuro, spine, ortho, or complex general surgery procedures
  • BCLS certification required; EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
