We are seeking dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional surgical nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
Circulating and scrubbing skills in the operating room
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
BCLS certification
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a variable schedule and shift lengths
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, or robotics (DaVinci)
Oncology nursing experience
Knowledge of advanced surgical procedures and specialized patient care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse with an active license in good standing
At least 2 years of relevant operating room experience
Familiarity with hospital protocols and perioperative standards
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and call shifts
Availability for a full-time commitment of 17 hours per shift
Flexibility to work day and evening shifts, as scheduled
Willingness to participate in call coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicable
Competitive compensation at $75.62 per hour is offered for this role, with a shift length of 17 hours.
