Are you a skilled registered nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in a dynamic surgical environment? We are looking for dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurses to join our esteemed Level 1 Trauma Center, where your expertise will contribute to life-saving procedures across a variety of surgical specialties. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care during diverse surgical procedures, including General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Trauma, and more.
Serve as both circulating and scrub nurse, focusing on complex cases such as Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery.
Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate patient records utilizing EPIC electronic health records system.
Adhere to established safety protocols and assist in emergency situations as needed.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience in a fast-paced surgical setting.
Proven background working in Level 1 trauma centers with extensive scrub skills.
Current EPIC and BCLS certification.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns surgeries.
Additional certifications related to surgical specialties.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse with active license.
Prior experience in trauma centers or high-acuity surgical units.
Familiarity with robotic, laparoscopic, and transplant procedures.
Other Requirements:
Availability for 10-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday.
Shift coverage includes call hours during weekdays (2100-0630) and weekends (12-hour shifts from 0630-1900 and 1900-0630).
This position is not available for RTO from February 15, 2026, through February 28, 2026.
