Required Skills:
Current, valid licensure as an RN in the relevant state
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications at the time of submission
Proven experience in an operating room setting, preferably with a diverse range of surgical specialties
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control procedures
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle emergencies calmly
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with DaVinci robotic surgeries
Familiarity with orthopedic, urology, gynecological, ENT, trauma, or gastrointestinal procedures
Previous experience working with a variety of service lines
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience in a hospital setting
Relevant certifications in perioperative nursing (CNOR or equivalent)
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday
Call responsibilities include one weekday call per week and one weekend per month
Flexibility to respond to on-call emergencies promptly
Willingness to work in a team dedicated to patient safety and excellent care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required for reimbursements
