What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in perioperative nursing, including pre-op, PACU, and circulating duties
Ability to handle 10-hour shifts with flexibility for call responsibilities
Strong clinical skills in managing a variety of surgical procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt quickly in a multidisciplinary environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in cataract, orthopedic, general, or gynecologic surgeries
Familiarity with new service lines and existing protocols in these areas
Past experience working in a hospital or specialized surgical center
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and CNOR (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Education and Experience:
RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience, including exposure to multi-specialty cases
Experience working in pediatric or adult surgical settings
Other Requirements:
Ability to start by 02/23/2026, with flexibility for onboarding processes
Must secure suitable housing prior to starting, as facility housing may have a waitlist
Valid nursing license and certifications
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts plus on-call duties
Must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30
Weekly pay via direct deposit
