Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical or telemetry experience with oncology specialization
Proficient in telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Expertise in blood product administration, central line care, and PICC line management
Experience with feeding tube care and management
Skilled in rapid response procedures and patient assessment
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
Current BLS certification; ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
Hematology-Oncology specific experience, especially with leukemias, lymphomas, and transplant procedures
Familiarity with CAR-T therapy and advanced oncology treatments
Experience with autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic stem cell transplants
Knowledge of complex medication protocols and patient education techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of specialized oncology or hematology experience in a hospital setting
Certification in oncology nursing highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Valid RN license in good standing
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Willingness to work on a 13-16 week contract in a specialized PCU and MS unit
Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
