We are seeking a highly motivated Oncology Clinic RN to provide exceptional care to adult patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You'll Bring:
Valid RN license with at least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing
Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation using the EPIC system
Current BLS certification; ACLS and OCN certifications are preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex patient cases
Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to changing clinical needs
Nice to Have:
Experience with hematologic malignancies such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myelodysplastic syndromes
Familiarity with adult oncology patient population
Additional certifications or specialized training in oncology care
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in oncology or hematology clinics
Experience working with adult patient demographics
Other Requirements:
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Must be willing to travel if needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient census of 80-100 daily
Certifications in BLS (ACLS and OCN preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate: $52.61
