Required Skills:
Valid and current RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Certification in chemotherapy administration (ONS Chemo Cert)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency in MS/Telemetery, including interpretation of dysrhythmias
Expertise in telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, IV therapy, and line management
Ability to utilize Rapid Response Teams effectively
Strong knowledge of infection prevention and fall prevention protocols
Competence in feeding tube management, peripheral and central line care, and blood draws
Computer literacy with EPIC electronic charting system
Nice to Have Skills:
NIHSS certification
Additional specialized certifications in oncology or critical care
Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology or critical care nursing
Prior experience in an inpatient hospital setting managing adult and geriatric oncology patients
Certified in chemotherapy administration and telemetry monitoring
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
Flexibility to rotate between days, nights, and varying schedules based on department needs
Self-scheduling availability to accommodate preferences within staffing requirements
Commitment to infection control, safety protocols, and patient-centered care
Willingness to start by April 6, 2026, with a 12-hour shift length and rotating schedule
Valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, and chemo specifics; NIHSS preferred but not mandatory
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $65.76
