What You’ll Do
Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting
Apply manual therapy skills (preferred) to support functional improvement
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Meditech
Support patient care by floating as needed to inpatient and/or home health
Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated therapy plans
Work within a small facility environment supporting 49 licensed beds
What You Need Required
Kansas state Occupational Therapy license
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 2 years experience in Outpatient Therapy
Ability/willingness to float to inpatient and home health as needed
Strong orthopedic knowledge of the upper extremity
Preferred
Manual therapy experience
About the Assignment This is a permanent placement opportunity with a leading small community hospital in El Dorado, Kansas, offering Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts and no weekends/holidays/on-call. The facility is planning coverage with a July 2026 start (07/06/2026) and would like to build in training overlap to help you ramp up successfully.
