Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Report on project status and outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a management setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar).
  • Experience working within healthcare, government, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Previous experience managing remote or distributed teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of management or program coordination experience.

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work scheduled hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project priorities.
  • Must pass background checks and adhere to organizational confidentiality policies.
  • No travel required unless specified; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
