Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in outpatient settings? We are currently recruiting a dedicated Temp Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional patient care, support recovery, and enhance quality of life for our diverse patient population. Required Skills:
Current and valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
Proven clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Strong understanding of skeletal, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, developmental, social, and cognitive functions
Ability to develop and implement goal-specific treatment regimes
Excellent communication skills for educating patients, families, and caregivers
Supervisory skills to oversee Occupational Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
Proficient in documentation and updating treatment plans accurately in accordance with policies
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
Bilingual language skills to serve diverse patient populations
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient therapy or related fields
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work daytime hours in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Ability to undertake related travel or local assignments as required
Valid state licensure and adherence to all regulatory standards
