We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team, providing essential therapies that improve patient outcomes and quality of life. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and specialty therapists to deliver comprehensive care. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in occupational therapy
Valid and current licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Lymphedema certification is required
Proficiency in outpatient therapy techniques and patient-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with specialty therapies such as wound care, vestibular, aquatics, sports, Parkinson’s disease management, MBS & FEES studies, and complex neurological cases
Knowledge of multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation services
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
A master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled hours from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on departmental needs
Ability to travel for continuing education or specialty certifications, when applicable
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $51.09
