Shift: 4-day clinic (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) + 1:4 call rotation, weekends Fri 8 am – Mon 8 am
Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract
Licensure/Certs: Active Arkansas medical license, Board Certified in OB-GYN, PALS, Fetal Monitoring Certification
Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (additional pay package discussed upon application)
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Provide OB-GYN outpatient clinic services four days per week
Perform routine exams, screenings, and patient counseling
Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 rotation)
Assist with fetal monitoring, NST, ultrasounds, and in-house lab work
Collaborate with NP staff in clinic operations
Maintain documentation and ensure quality patient care standards
Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
What You Need
Active Arkansas medical license and Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
PALS and fetal monitoring certifications required
Minimum 2 years of OB-GYN clinical experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call needs
