Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Paris, TX

Duration: Ongoing, with initial coverage of 3 days/month
Shift: 24-hour call on Fridays starting at 7:00 AM, ending Monday at 7:00 AM (may increase later)
Hours/week: Variable, based on call schedule
Employment Type: Contract
Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Texas; board certification in OB/GYN preferred
Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (rate subject to confirmation)

What You’ll Do:
Provide obstetric and gynecological care within the facility during scheduled shifts
Manage patient encounters, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Handle 24-hour on-call duties and respond to urgent needs promptly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Document clinical activities accurately in health records
Adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols for patient safety and privacy
What You Need:
Active medical license in Texas
Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently during assigned on-call periods
