What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate visual health and diagnose eye diseases
Provide guidance on eyewear, contact lenses, and vision correction options
Manage medical therapeutics for ocular conditions, prescribing medications as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience
Stay current with advancements in optometry technology and industry best practices
What You Need
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
Valid Alabama State Optometry License (no IMLC) required
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Preferred: Willingness to participate in partnership discussions and team collaboration
