Description: Call starts Friday at noon and ends Mondays @ 7:00
UPDATED DATES needed:
Oct 23: orientation/EMR training
Call: Oct 24, 7am to Oct 27, 7am
Nov 7, 7am to Nov 10, 7am
Nov 27, 7am to Dec 1, 7am
Likely ongoing every other weekend (Fri 7am to Mon 7am) after that - dates TBD.
*Documentation of Patient Contact Hours (included call back hours included in the rate and charged call back hours)
*Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) mentioned above.
and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above.
*Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report
was generated in an electronic health record.

****Activ Washington State license required
*Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back
*Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a physician decides they want to stay
in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there based on the criteria contained herein)
