Required Skills
Valid Oregon Medical License (license must be in hand; licensing will not be processed for this role)
Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology procedures and patient management
Strong knowledge of OB/GYN best practices, protocols, and patient safety standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to fluctuating patient census
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with high-risk pregnancies and neonatal care
Familiarity with EMR systems specific to OB/GYN departments
Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an obstetrics and gynecology setting
Prior experience working in hospital or emergency settings with 24-hour call responsibilities
Other Requirements
Willingness to serve a 24-hour call shift, including weekends and holidays
Ability to complete privileging process within 60 days
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from 07:00 to 07:00; shift coverage during specified dates from December 25, 2025, to December 5, 2025, with availability for on-call duty during identified periods
All travel and related reimbursements are provided by the facility (no stipends)
