Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Make a Difference in Women's Healthcare!

In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and beyond, with the reassurance of full maternal-fetal medicine support. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and comfort, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Required Skills:
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
Valid Medical license in Minnesota (MN license highly preferred; IMLC accepted if no MN license)
Experience handling high-risk pregnancies, including Trauma I or II level
Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically Epic (Excellian) and Obix systems
Strong clinical skills in obstetric procedures, including assisting with C-sections and emergency interventions
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and patient management skills
BLS certification
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience as an OB hospitalist or hospital-based OB provider
Experience working with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists
Familiarity with Level II nursery protocols
Flexibility to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Education and Experience:
Accredited Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Minimum 2+ years of clinical OB/GYN experience, with recent high-risk obstetrics exposure
Proven ability to manage complex maternal health cases
Other Requirements:
Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC certification
Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital setting with a high volume of deliveries (11-12/day)
Credentialing process completion within 90-120 days
Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
Ability to start as soon as possible, with clean credential files for emergency temp positions
