Required Skills
Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid Pennsylvania state medical license
Current BLS certification
DEA licensure
Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically EPIC
Strong clinical skills in general OB-GYN care and minor procedures such as EMB, Colposcopy, Pessary maintenance, and Pap smears
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with colposcopy procedures or ability to refer within the office
Knowledge of current OB-GYN best practices and protocols
Experience working in outpatient clinic settings
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Prior experience working with electronic medical records and minor procedures
Other Requirements
Ability to work 8-hour daytime shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), most likely Monday through Wednesday
Willingness to handle potential after-hours call on PRN basis
Compliance with all vaccine requirements or approved exemptions
Capable of supporting minor procedures and utilizing office equipment such as colposcopes
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
