Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology
Active DEA license; licensed to practice in Florida or eligible under the IMLC compact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice environment
Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care emphasizing shared decision-making
Nice to Have Skills:
Over one year of clinical experience
Proficiency with integrated healthcare technology platforms
Experience with gynecological surgery and outpatient obstetrical care
Ability to manage a diverse patient population with sensitivity and professionalism
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Minimum of one year of relevant obstetrics and gynecology practice preferred
Experience working within hospital-based or full-scope outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in 24-hour in-house call shifts (including consecutive shifts)
Travel reimbursement provided, including airfare, lodging, and car rental
Ability to work scheduled shifts from 07:00 to 07:00, five days per week
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth, supported by continuous learning programs
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $2,964.00, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
