Experience: Minimum 1 year OT experience in acute hospital setting

Hourly Pay: $54.12

What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients across various acuity levels, including ICU, progressive care, and general rehab units
Develop and follow personalized plans of care (POC) focusing on ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and activities to enhance function
Determine appropriate discharge plans and support patient progress toward recovery goals
Document patient progress and plan updates in Cerner electronic charting system
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary inpatient rehab team of 19 professionals
Manage cases involving diverse diagnoses such as cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, and mobility challenges
What You Need
Indiana State Occupational Therapy License
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year recent acute hospital OT experience
Strong assessment, therapeutic, and documentation skills
Preferred: Certification or experience in Manual Therapy and Lymphedema management; Cerner EMR experience
