Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Occupational Medicine | Portage, WI

Shift: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tues 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours/Week: 32 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract
License/Certifications: DOT Certification required at time of BID, FMCSA digital upload experience
Experience: Prior occupational medicine experience preferred

What You’ll Do
Conduct DOT certification exams and screenings in compliance with FMCSA standards
Perform pre-employment and return-to-work medical assessments
Document medical evaluations thoroughly and accurately
Manage patient flow and prioritize cases effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality occupational health services
Support workplace health initiatives and promote safety protocols
What You Need
Valid DOT Certification and ability to perform DOT exams with FMCSA digital upload experience
State licensure as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently within a team setting
About the Assignment
