What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
Conduct procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical and PICC line insertion, arterial sticks, and assisting with IV insertions
Support neonatal resuscitation and stabilization efforts based on unit protocols
Transport neonates as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Cover scheduled shifts, as needed, including specific dates throughout the year
What You Need
Required:
Valid PA RN license or Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in PA
Neonatal or Level III NICU experience
Ability to perform key neonatal procedures described above
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts on specific dates
Preferred:
Experience with neonatal transport
Additional certifications relevant to neonatal care
