What You’ll Do
Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level 2 NICU setting
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor neonatal patients closely, responding promptly to changes
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Ensure family-centered care and support to parents and guardians
What You Need
Required:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
Neonatal or NICU experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Previous employment in a Level 2 NICU
Certification in neonatal care
