Start Date: 09/01/2026
End Date/Duration: Full-time, ongoing assignment
Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Hours/Week: 35-40 hours/week (with pre-approved OT opportunities)
Employment Type: Contract/Locum
License/Certifications: Active CA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, BC required
Experience: Previous inpatient/rounding experience in cardiology within the last 2 years preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $1.00 (plus applicable overtime)
Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology services under physician oversight
Assist with patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records
Participate in rounding and bedside care within the cardiology unit
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Support quality improvement initiatives in the cardiology department
What You Need
Current CA license and active DEA registration
Board Certified in specialty (if applicable)
2+ years of inpatient/rounding cardiology experience within the last 2 years
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills in cardiology patient management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
