Required Skills:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in relevant state
Board certification in Family, Adult, or Acute Care preferred
At least 2 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology or related specialty
Strong knowledge of GI disorders, diagnostic procedures, and treatment protocols
Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills
Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and handle a busy clinical caseload
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with endoscopic procedures or advanced GI diagnostics
Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Familiarity with telehealth platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
Minimum of 2-4 years relevant clinical experience in gastroenterology preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to obtain state-specific licensure and appropriate certifications
Must be able to travel to various clinical sites when required
Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
