Required Skills:
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
Current, active, and unrestricted RN and Nurse Practitioner licensure
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC, AANP, or equivalent
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills
Knowledge of pharmacological agents, disease processes, and clinical care principles
Strong documentation and patient management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in a family practice or primary care setting
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Familiarity with California healthcare regulations and laws
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program recognized by ACEN or CCNE
Clinical experience demonstrating competency in family medicine
Knowledge of medication administration, patient education, and follow-up care
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts, five days a week
Ability to adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations
