What You’ll Do:
Administer anesthesia to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring safety and comfort
Monitor patient vital signs and provide anesthesia care during procedures
Collaborate with medical staff to develop anesthesia plans
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient responses
Prepare and recover patients post-procedure
Participate in quality assurance and protocol compliance
Contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care
What You Need:
Required:
Valid CRNA certification/license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
Prior anesthesia experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital or surgical setting
Knowledge of current anesthesia practices
