License/Certs: Valid CRNA certification, Virginia license preferred
Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred, flexible for candidates with relevant background

What You’ll Do
Provide anesthesia services in outpatient and inpatient settings
Respond promptly to on-call beeper notifications, including callbacks at agreed rates
Cover long weekends on call, with lodging provided for weekend night shifts
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all procedures and patient encounters
Participate in on-call duties as scheduled, including off-site coverage and long weekends
Support facility operations and patient care during on-call periods
What You Need
Valid CRNA certification and Virginia license or eligibility
Prior anesthesia experience preferred
Ability to respond quickly to on-call notifications
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Flexibility to work long weekends and night shifts
