Required Skills:
Valid and current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
State license to practice as a CRNA

Ability to work effectively under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in diverse clinical settings
Knowledge of advanced airway management

Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience, preferably in surgical or hospital settings
Prior experience in outpatient or specialty procedures is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to accommodate travel, with a preference for out-of-state candidates available for at least one week at a time, or local candidates available for 1-2 days per assignment
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including potential weekends or holidays
Commitment to maintaining current licensing and certification standards
Ability to start on or after January 5, 2026
