Required Skills:
Current and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Completion of accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
Proven experience in administering anesthesia independently
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring
Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in specialized anesthesia areas (e.g., pediatrics, cardiac, obstetrics)
Advanced certifications or training in subspecialties
Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient population
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia
Minimum of 2+ years of clinical anesthesia practice in acute or perioperative settings
Other Requirements:
Active state licensure as a Nurse Anesthetist
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Travel reimbursements and licensure fees covered when applicable
Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development activities
