Required Skills:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited anesthesia program
Current or ability to obtain Minnesota RN Anesthetist licensure
Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid CPR, BCLS, and ACLS certifications
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a medical team
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills across all age groups
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar high-acuity setting
Ability to manage a variety of anesthesia cases, including outpatient procedures
Familiarity with operating rooms, cath labs, endoscopy, and MRI environments
Bilingual skills or additional certifications in specialized anesthesia techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of anesthesia practice experience preferred
Prior experience working in busy surgical or trauma environments
Familiarity with outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible shifts including 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours, including weekends
Willingness to work in multiple hospital and outpatient settings
Must pass background checks and comply with all institutional and state regulations
